Gamification is the process of integrating game-designed elements and mechanics in non-game contexts, using the essence of games – such as fun, competition, progress, desire to play - in order to take company`s existing processes to another level.
In our case, we want to add value through gamification to HR processes like recruitment, learning & development, employee engagement and adoption, transforming them into more fun and engaging experiences.

Dear Game Master, this game was one of the best things of our Camp. Although I didn't send for validation all my quests, I did answer each one, since I enjoyed them and they made sense to me. I liked that we received some quests via SMS and I was able to see them in time. Also, the challenges helped us get closer as a group, which was funny and helpful. Thank you for making this Camp more interesting and for giving me the impulse to take a step I've been waiting to for an entire year. Hope to be back next year.
This year’s Camp was full of energy, it was all about building community - relationships between students, professors and friends. When we decided to gamify the Camp we only thought about making it fun. At the end of these seven days, aside from being tons of fun, it facilitated building relationships inside the community and to integrate different generations. From organisers point of view, it helped a lot engaging students with day by day activities, making them pay more attention to each experience.
